Hi, I’m Saranya, the pastry chef and founder of Flour Story – a cosy bakery and coffee bar in Pune, where cakes are not just desserts, but a part of people’s celebrations. At Flour Story, we believe in thoughtful baking — flavours that comfort, textures that delight, and ingredients that speak for themselves.
For Pune’s first-ever Cake Picnic, I’m bringing along a summery, sunshine-sweet Mango Pistachio Entremet – a layered dessert that’s light, creamy, and full of contrast.
