We offer a wide range of cakes, breads, cookies, tarts & confectioneries. Check out our menu organised by category at Thrivenow and place your order. 

We deliver products through third party vendors such as Dunzo. For delicate products such as cakes, we suggest that you visit the store and pick up the product. However, if you prefer to get it delivered, we can get it done, but it carries a risk of damage to delicate products which we do not take responsibility for. Delivery charges will be included in your bill. 

We are located at Destination Center, Magarpatta City, Pune. Full address including landmark is available under the Contact Us section. 

It is very easy to search for products and place order on Thrivenow, where we have listed our entire menu under various categories. 

We accept payment through all UPI, debit, credit cards for online as well as in-store purchases. If you wish to pay by cash at the store, please provide exact change. 

We use premium and high quality ingredients such as couverture chocolate - Callebaut or Felchlin (not compound) and French 35% Elle en Vire cream. We do not use any preservatives or artificial flavours (except for vanilla essence) or cake gel or pre-mixes. All products are baked from scratch. 

No. Only the products at the store are readily available. 

Availability of products can be checked on Thrivenow. Rest of the products must be pre-ordered at least 24 hours in advance. 

We are open on all days of the week. 

Weekdays 11:30 AM to 9 PM

Yes. Send us details of the customised cake you want 4-5 working days in advance. If it is feasible, we will send you a quotation. Make 100% advance payment at least a week in advance before the scheduled delivery or pickup to confirm the order. Minimum weight of custom cakes is 1kg.

Yes. We offer dessert catering for all events. Our event caterings are to be booked at least 1 week in advance. Reach out to us via social media or by calling us at 9987058547 and share what you are looking for. We will respond at the earliest. If it is feasible, we will send you a quotation. Make 50% advance payment at least a week before the scheduled delivery or pickup to confirm the order. Rest assured that we will make an effort to make your event special and unique!

Advance payment done for custom cakes or bulk orders cannot be refunded. All orders except for custom cakes or bulk orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Beyond that we cannot offer any refunds as the kitchen begins preparing and procuring ingredients.  

In case of any government lock down or if Team Flour Story contracts COVID-19, we would have to shut our kitchen and all operations. In case your orders coincide with our closure, we promise to issue reimbursement that can be availed later upon re-opening. 

As a small business we will not be in a position to refund. We hope you understand the pressures of such a scenario. Please stay safe. 

Yes. This is a Bakery & Coffee Bar. You can enjoy a cup of coffee and our desserts. 

Switch on notifications for social media posts and stories to get regular updates regarding offers and discounts. Being a small business, we cannot offer huge discounts like big bakery chains especially when the order amount is small, but we do roll out offers occasionally only for special occasions and for big orders. We hope you understand.
